OPICO has appointed Charlie Thompson as a new machinery demonstrator and technical support engineer, covering the north of England and Scotland. Charlie will be supporting dealers and providing demonstrations of HE-VA, OPICO, Maschio and Gaspardo machinery.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer TRP Scotland Ltd to distribute the Maschio range of products across Perthshire, Fife and Stirling. 

OPICO has appointed south Lincolnshire-based machinery dealer Doubleday to distribute the Maschio range of products across all its branches.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer Platts Harris Ltd to continue to distribute the Maschio range of products from its Darley Dale branch in Matlock, Derbyshire.

OPICO has appointed Stokesley-based machinery dealer Agriplus Ltd to distribute the Maschio range of products in north-east Yorkshire.

At Cereals 2012, OPICO will be showcasing a new Gaspardo-branded precision drill, ahead of taking on the UK distribution for the brand in July 2012. On display at the event will be the new Gaspardo Manta MTR 8-row folding maize drill and fertiliser applicator.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer Clayton Farm Machinery to continue to distribute Maschio products across north-west England.

OPICO has appointed Luton based machinery dealer Oliver Agriculture Ltd to distribute the Maschio Range of products across all the areas covered by its branches. 

At Cereals 2012, OPICO will be launching the Puma, a new folding rotary cultivator from Maschio which is designed for use with 120hp to 200hp tractors. It fills the gap in the market between the smaller rigid rotary cultivators and larger folding machines.

Maschio’s hydraulic folding TORO power harrow was launched at LAMMA earlier this year, and its first working demonstration for UK journalists will be seen here in Italy, this week.

At LAMMA, OPICO is launching two new Maschio power harrows – the ORSO, and the hydraulic folding TORO. 

A left hand offset model of Maschio’s medium duty flail mower, the Giraffa, will be available from April 2012 through OPICO. It will be ideal for use alongside roads as it enables the driver to travel with the direction of the traffic.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer Rees Agri Equipment Ltd to distribute Maschio products across mid Wales.

At Cereals 2012, OPICO will be exhibiting a Gaspardo 8-row Manta precision maize drill combined with a PA1 front fertiliser hopper.

At Cereals 2012, OPICO will be launching a new double disc coulter – the Perfecta – for use in low tillage and min-till systems.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer Yeowart Agriculture Ltd to continue to distribute Maschio products across Sussex.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer Alkmonton Tractors to continue to distribute Maschio products across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

OPICO has appointed machinery dealer Ernest Doe and Sons Ltd to distribute the Maschio range of cultivation machinery across the eastern and south-eastern counties of the UK.  New Maschio power harrows and drills have already been launched this year, and more new products are to follow. 

The LAMMA Show 18-19 January 2012 will provide a first opportunity for farmers and contractors to see the full range of Maschio products now being distributed in the UK by OPICO, including several new products.

This year’s Lamma event provides the opportunity for OPICO to launch and display some of the new machinery products imported from Italian manufacturer Maschio.
